Although our main offices are located in North America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.

99% of order leave the warehouse within 2 – 5 days of payment. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information. Tracking information generally becomes available 5 to 10 days after we have shipped the order.

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted in some countries.

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for import taxes, duties and related customs fees, which are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. 

For Canadian customer, the Provincial Sale Tax will be charged at Checkout.

Most items are shipped individually. It makes logistics easier and helps us keep the prices low. Do not worry, your other product is on its way and will arrive shortly!

We will definitely try to fix it but you need to email us as soon as possible. We process your order immediately after we get the information from you, but if you let us know early enough, we may be able to change your order. If your item has shipped out, we will still try to make it right. We know it’s no fun to get something you will never wear or use!

Our store makes use of SSL (secure socket layer technology) with industry-standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.
Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

If your purchase came defective/incorrect/damaged and wish to return it, please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package.
Our customer service will do their best to resolve your case as soon as possible and will send further instructions. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact and should be UNUSED. All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We are happy to offer refunds for non-promotional products. We are unfortunately unable to provide a refund for shipping costs on promotional products. The shipping cost is incurred by our logistics partner right when your order is placed, and there is no product price for us to refund. 
To receive a refund for a non-promotional product, you must return your order to the address we provided. When we have proof of returned shipment, a full refund (minus shipping costs) will be deposit to your account.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- All items are subject to a handling period of 2-5 days before they are dispatched.

- POD products are shipped on-demand (meaning we make them as our orders come in).

- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

Free shipping is on select items only. FREE Promotional items do not qualify for free shipping.

For all Free or Standard Shipping orders please allow up to 2 - 3 weeks delivery time.

For all Priority Expedited Shipping orders, customers should expect to receive their item(s) in 3 - 5 business days. (not available on some items).

For all International Shipping, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery time.

We do offer international shipping.

HOWEVER PLEASE BE AWARE….

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; DUO2 SHOP has no control over these charges, nor can DUO2 SHOP predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Most of our products are ship from countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.

Print On Demand clothing is Print & ship from US.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries

It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the US carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link.

These items are shipped in 1-3 days excluding weekends. They are sent tracked and expedited quickly to arrive in the time frame stated on the order checkout.

CUSTOM PRINT (POD) FAQs

We love that we can supply customized designs for many of our shirts! When placing your order, just fill out the blank with the name, age or year that makes sense for the design. Once we get your order, we will get to work printing your one of a kind design.

If your shirt arrives damaged, defective or is different than what you ordered, we will of course fix the issue!

Some customers have said our shirts run a little on the smaller size. The best way to determine what the right size is to order is by measuring a shirt that you lay out flat. Measure across the chest, and down the sleeve. You should be able to find a shirt size that is close to what you have. Check the Size Chart on the product page.

Please give it a wash. Some shirts are pre-treated during the printing process and the line should disappear after the first wash. If it doesn't, contact us at sale@duo2-shop.com.

All of our items are made to order using direct-to-garment technology. This means that there is generally about a 2-5 day period from the time your order is placed until we freshly print your items and then ship them out. We can't guarantee this time frame, but it is what we constantly strive for so that you can get your order as soon as possible!

We ship our orders through USPS. Domestic orders take 5-7 business days for delivery and international orders take 12-15 business days.

Not to worry. If you’ve ordered two completely different designs, one may be completed before the other, and shipped out sooner, to give you the fastest service. They will all get there.

If you catch the mistake before you receive the shipping notification email, send us an email and we'll do our best to get it changed for you! If you don't catch the mistake before we ship the package, there is no way for us to change it. If you are having mail forwarded to a new address, please don't send the order to the old address. The packages are not guaranteed to be forwarded.

If the package is returned to us because of a wrong address or because the package was unclaimed, we can resend it to your confirmed correct address for a $6 reshipment fee for US orders, or $10 for International.

We can usually adjust an order up to 8 hours after it has been placed. You may send an email as soon as you realize a change needs to be made to sale@duo2-shop.com. Someone will get back to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends) and let you know if the change can be made. There is no guarantee that we will be able to make the change, but we can always facilitate an exchange once you get your order.

Since we are a direct-to-garment printer, we custom print each shirt based on your order. Because of this, once you place an order it goes right to our production queue and our team gets started printing your items. If you email us within 8 hours of placing your order there may be a chance we can cancel it. You can always return your item once it comes for a full refund minus the shipping costs.

You may exchange unworn, unused, and unwashed apparel items for a different size within 7 business days of the delivery date. We can only accept apparel exchanges for a different size, in the same style and color that was originally ordered. From start to finish, please give your exchange 7-14 days on domestic orders to get back to you. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & International orders please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. You can read the full Exchange and Return Policy here.
